The website presents Romgreen Service's services, fleet and way of working for companies. The information is general and is not a binding offer.

The price, deadlines, documents and other conditions for each job are those in the quote sent to the client and in the signed contract.

• Sending the form does not create a contract and does not commit you to anything. We send you the quote within 24 hours of receiving the job details.
• A contract exists only when both parties accept the quote in writing: by signature, by email or by a confirmed order.
• You give us correct and complete information. If the situation on site differs from the one described, the quote may be updated.
• For emergencies, do not wait for a reply to the form: call Dispatch 24/7.
• Photos and files you attach must be yours or you must have the right to send them to us.

• You use the website for lawful purposes only.
• You do not send false requests, or requests on behalf of someone else without their consent.
• You do not try to access non-public parts of the server, block the website or send harmful software.
• We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

The texts, the photos of the fleet and crews, the technical drawings and the Romgreen logo belong to ROMGREEN SERVICE S.R.L. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written consent.

Client logos belong to their owners and appear only to show who we work with.

The photos of the fleet and crews are real. The images of fuel stations, retail sites, warehouses and factories are illustrative.

We work to keep the information on the website correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or lag behind recent changes. We do not guarantee that the website will run without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by using the website. Liability for the work itself is the one set in the contract with each client.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably; if we cannot, the dispute goes to the competent courts in Romania.
